  1. A LITTLE update.... I did a LITTLE more work yesterday. I am redoing all my wires from my previous build, checking everything twice making sure it's perfect. I am trying to pin point my idle voltage drop issue. I redid my big 3 yesterday double up all my grounds and 2 runs of power from alternator to battery. The HO alt i originally received from DC was black and white powder coat but they accidentally sent me the wrong casing... I didn't wait to wait any longer so I just went ahead and had them send me a regular one with no color. makes no difference to me lol. double stands from frame to battery Under the car where i connected the grounds to the frame. The nut was to big for the ring terminal's and due to lack of the right tools i had to sit there for a half and drill the holes bigger lol double short run's 6ish" from battery to frame More pics to come I forgot to take some

Pricing on N1 will be up tomorrow. Again, unless you have an Extreme SPL class vehicle the SG is not for you. And realistically unless we really scrub off some motor on the N3, its not the best daily driver. Having too much motor and too low a Qts isn't beneficial for daily drivers. It gives you a massively saddle shaped response and less bottom octave performance. There is definite practical limits for motor force in daily, low pressure SPL, and competition music applications. The N3 and SG are not for daily. They do not implode when you run music through them, just that they are built for a more extreme purpose. I look at it like this... my Jeep is phenomenal in the rocks and dirt. And because I like to hit the autocross/road course every 6 months, it doesn't mean I should take that for it. It wont explode, nor will it set any track records either I'd rather see people using the right product for the job, not simply sell a more expensive driver because "more is better". Hope that makes sense:) Thanks, Scott
  3. summit came through with the wrong radiator hose, but they overnighted the correct one with clamp and a water neck 90 degree swivel, pics to come after install and maybe a teaser video,
  4. So I have been hard at it the past couple days after work and the box is getting there. Yes, my wife is pissed that her porch is my workshop. She will get over it. lol In the first pics, I had already removed my clamps and such, but ran another bead of glue around the edges. I wish I was that fast that I could glue all that at one time. Here are some new pics............. Cut out the port and finished painting the inside. I thought i was being smart and was going to cut the port out and save the little piece in the middle, but when i started cutting I realized that was a bad idea. Really bad. The double layer 3/4 glued was wearing out my jig saw blades like crazy. I was advised to cut the LH & RH and glue the 2 pieces to the box, but Noooooooooo, I was going to do it my way. After MANY hours sanding, I realized that I really dont know it all. lol I will take some better pics tomorrow when it's light out again, but it turned out pretty nice. I have all 3 baffles cut out and the 2 bottom glued together and I will get those and the brace for the middle of the port glued in tomorrow. That will finish off the box except for covering it. That leaves the battery box, amp rack, and pulling another run of positive and negative to the back. going to start on those tomorrow.
