How did you lose the weight?
2 pointsOk I didn't read everyone's responses but let me list my opinions (not in order of importance) and if its been said multiple times please excuse me 1) Cut out as much (if not all) Soda, fast food, grease, and shit there of. If giving up soda is too much, LIMIT IT and swith to diet. 2) Pick up the water. It will speed up your metabolism. 3) Start bringing lunch to work. Put it in the fridge or something there of. Eliminating Fast food is a huge help. 4) Walk more. Spend time off your ass doing something like biking, walking, playing with a dog, or something. Watching TV and eating snacky shit won't help. 5) SMALL MEALS. This 3 meals a day bullshit will fuck you up. 4-7 SMALL meals a day will fend off hunger, speed up your metabolism, and allow you to eat healthier. 6) WORK OUT. You work 4 days a week, and I am going to guess you don't do 17 hour days so getting into a gym should be feasable as you don't have a ball and chain at home. 7) Put off the jet ski until you lose a set amount of weight or are in a certain size jeans COMFORTABLY. Having a goal to work for will make you work even harder. The more you push it off, and make excuses the harder it becomes. TRUST ME I KNOW THIS FROM MY OWN PERSONAL EXPERIENCE. 8) SMALL rewards are fair. For example, for every say 15 lbs you drop reward you self with ONE meal at a FF place. This does not mean 2 of everything beacuse 'I miss the taste of all of them so much' but a grilled chicken sammich, a coke, and a medium fry. Since food seems to be a vice for you, make it a reward for kicking some ass. If you slip up you now have to lose double the weight for each reward. Punish yourself for fuck ups, reward your self for gold star work. J2 points

I think I blew my speakers
1 pointok, we just figured out what it was.. I just got off the phone with the OP... he has 2 zcons 18s.. Apparently, when the subs were receiving power, the wire came loose at the amp(speaker wire) and grounded on the case... Well, the amp was mounted to a conductive material and that material is ran to the speaker box which is built out of steel... huh.... It caused a massive arc inside the van and smoke was everywhere... A couple of XS batts exploded in the process but the Zcons are still functioning or were until the electrical system got damaged... It was still playing "I Put On..." until the batts exploded... I'm goin up there tomorrow night to rebuild his XS batts for him and take his stetsom amp apart and make sure nothing is damaged... You will be fine TeamRamrod..1 point

Need update on Alt status
1 pointWell, maybe because we had two orders for the same vehicle and engine within a day of each other? Just saying..... As for the OP, I just spoke to him on the phone about the situation. And you don't know the status of even one of them? Just to be able to say, right now we are working on two of them. They both should be finished by blah blah blah. Its simple C/S Bro. Add in not knowing shit till rob shows up, and its a recipe for bad c/s man. You guys all really need to know whats going on at all times. Not just one or two people. I know if I am working on something, everyone knows where its at and what the time line is. They don't have to wait on me for an answer. I mean shit keep a damn tracker of stuff, and update it everytime shit happens. It really is not that fuckin complicated man. I know I am being a complete prick, but I expect better than Iraggi C/S from you guys. I know SSA and car audio in general is not your main squeeze. And thats GREAT. But damn man if its this bad here, I have to wonder how bad it is for everyone else. J1 point

1 pointHow does the name matter? If its for a 2004 300m you should know if you have it or not without the name. I am finding DC going further down the tubes with C/S J1 point

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
BS Eric... You were told exactly what was going on time after time, and when I finally gave you an exact date it would be done, guess what? It was done.. You just pitched a fit the day before, demanded a refund and I GAVE someone else the alt I built for you. Shitty thing is man I bent over BACKWARDS to get that done for you too because of how things went down and how bad you needed it. Too bad for you though man, the XP's for the Hyundai's turned out pretty freaking SICK. You could have had your alt and would have absolutely loved it too... Get over it and move on bro... I don't care how good your alts may be, or how bad your suppliers have stiffed you with delays. You act like a complete douche to customers on the internet forums. This is not the first time I've seen you spout off with smart-ass comments towards a customer on here. It actually seems to be a pretty common reaction from you when a customer says something you don't like. I'm not arguing that you don't have a right to respectfully defend your company. But for fuck's sake, handle it with a little dignity. There's a right way and a wrong way to handle a situation, it seems more often than not you chose the latter. There's always two sides to a story.....but given the way you conduct yourself on here, I'm not surprised by all of the negative things said about the CS from your company given you can't even remotely conduct yourself in a professional manor when interacting with customers here on the forum. Proving a customer wrong isn't winning. DC isn't the first company in history to have supplier issues and unhappy customers.....however a shit load of those other companies are capable of handling the situation with far more dignity, professionalism and respect.1 point

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
Rob, if your suppliers can't keep you stocked with parts, the customer is still waiting on you, not your supplier. You should notify customers of this on your website. Pure and simple. We have seen several instances now where customers are being told one thing time after time, and then one day it's the exact opposite. Now, we don't know all the facts or instances, but there is a trend happening here. For some reason it always take yourself to straighten everything out. Apparently there is a lack of or mis-communication with your associates. You guys seem to have a very good product, I just hope the CS can catch up and does not ruin your reputation.1 point

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
Correction, you were given dates that my SUPPLIER gave me that he promised he would deliver parts, I never ONCE until the very last time I gave you a date did I ever give you a ship date. Get your story straight... Ring a bell Eric?? You DEMANDED a refund, well guess what, I DID WHAT YOU ASKED and did it the second you asked for it. So if it pissed you off, be mad at yourself bro cuz I only gave you what you asked, (correction DEMANDED) for. I also gave you the option multiple times in that time period of a refund, which you also declined.. GET OVER IT!-1 points

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
When I paid for my Alternator I got it around 8 days, they answered every question I had, picked up every phone call, and provided me with a tracking number the first time I asked. When I got my alternator I contacted them with installation questions and they helped me step by step.-1 points

You're right, there are 2 sides to every story. I could have handled things more professionally, so could he have on his part. Your feedback is duly noted and respected and I will try and conduct myself in a much more professional manner in the future. Rob-1 points

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
I love everyone. You guys are all so awesome, wish I could meet everyone on here in person Lol. I cant wait to order my alt from dc. I work in CS and dude its a sucky job when you get to talk to ppl in dickhead moods all day hopefully now that DC got their parts shipped in, all the delays will be caught up and have no more issues. TBH if everyone was smart, if you are this concerned, call DC right before purchasing and say hey go in the back and check if you have this "xxxx" ( the alt you are wanting to order ) in stock right now?? And could is it ready to go, shipped out in 48hrs?.. If they say oh yeah we have one right here ready to go.. WOW HOLY CRAP BUY IT!! if not.. Call back later.. BUY IT WHEN ITS FREAKIN IN STOCK Then you don't have to worry yay party!-1 points

1 month later and I still don't have my alternator.....
Man, i could only imagine if more companies had online forums. Rob i just look at it this way, ur bending over backwards after you have explained the situation. People still complain. Which means everyone is going to expect the same if the situation arises again. and there still going to complain In the end man i dont see the money being worth the headache from some people.-1 points

-1 pointsIf I remember correctly I thought I gave you a call letting you know that Stan made a mistake and we actually didn't have an alternator for your vehicle yet and that we were at least a month out. We are still in the midst of developing it and Robbie is head on getting it completed. I'm really sorry but I can't get you something that we don't have yet. I will be more than happy to give you a refund if you would like your money back if needed though. Let me know.-1 points
