  1. Personally if it were a large amount of current I would split it up to distribute the current and the heat. Depending on how everything is designed internally, it's possible you could end up burning things up inside by pulling all of the current through a single terminal. On the other hand, if the multiple inputs are more for "looks" and they are all fed through a single wire/trace on the inside of the board it might end up working fine. So.....it really depends on the specific circumstances. But if you could split them up, that would be the safest route. And it might possible be the only route depending the design of the amp.

  11. Where is the other 25% of satisfaction on the sails? they look pretty damn clean to me. You need a custom "edub" logo for your dustcaps
  12. There's lots of threads on here about Db-r which is what I'm assuming you mean when you say you're purchasing a refurbished sundown amp. BTW if I'm not mistaken Db-r is the only authorized retailer to sell refurbished sundown amps. Here's some threads Refurb amps from Dbr and db-r Customer Service. I've personally bought one from them and was happy with the way it went.

Nice equipment! Head unit looks really good. What kind of car is that in? Sorry if you already mentioned. I personally wouldn't put your HU on loud or any other type of bass boost. Just set your gain with everything flat and get it to the point where you like

glad you had fun there though. Like Shizzon said any sub company can get loud so don't use that as the basis for your decision when you pick new subs I'm not taking anything away from DC or there products just having some fun on a boring Sunday. Plus I know Shizzon runs DC subs Almost bought a level 4. They have great prices, listing the peak power handling really bugs me though
  15. You don't NEED to change the polarity. The only time you absolutely need to is when you are sharing the same air space if you have more than one driver, such as Sefugi did in the photos. You want all the drivers to move in the same direction, so if he would have flipped that one sub, and not switched the polarity, it would have been moving in the opposite direction causing cancellation. If you only have one driver, you need to change nothing. If you are running more than one driver and running them all inverted, you need to do nothing.
  16. Here are a few shots of my son's setup if you never saw the install: of course he doesn't have a sexy chrome basket.
