  1. Read through that one!
  2. The sensor is placed in the kickpanel area which is near the feet.
  3. If you have attempted direct contact with no results, your next best course of action would probably be a Paypal dispute before the ability to do so expires. If he responds, you can correspond with him through Paypal's dispute resolution and maybe he'll be able to advise you on the status of your enclosure build or his ability/inability to fulfill your order. If he fails to respond, then hopefully Paypal would decide in your favor and refund you the money.

There is absolutely nothing wrong with running less than rated power to any driver. Hell, there's nothing wrong with running more than rated power either. A person could destroy a 100watt speaker with 10 watts in the right scenario as well as put 5,000 watts to a speaker rated for 1,000. It's all in the design and responsibility of the person in control of the volume and gain knobs. You'll be fine running the sub with the SAZ-1500, with or without the cooling it's not going to bother a thing. As long as you're responsible with the volume and gain knob both will last you a very long time.
  5. Two different circuit boards and circuit design. V.1 can be had used pretty reasonable. Actually I think Sundown has some listed in the "Yard Sale" thread.
  6. You can tune a sealed system by using different enclosure volumes. Using the same sub each volume will have a different Fc and F3.
  7. Might be best to steer the customer to someone who knows what they are doing concerning extreme spl builds? Not trying to put you down in any way, just that this seems like it may be a bit beyond your current skill level.
  8. I am done playing with this enclosure.... this one is for sale...I will let it go for $75 plus shipping
  9. Use the best zero gauge you can get and install it right. Buy a dmm if you dont have one its your best freind.

I think it would be safe to assume 30" Xmax

Just realized i put 30" I meant 30 mm That is quite a large amount, how do you know? That's what i meant Most performance woofers have around 30 mm of xmax, the icon, xcon, btl, etc pure assumption

this is out of something i've noticed, xcon = 31 mm xmax, BTL = 28, Nightshade around 30. Maybe i'm 100% wrong, but this seems common on high performance woofers like these.
