  1. IMO it's perfectly acceptable when it's a PITA to go through the conduit in the door.
  2. Had to go old-school tweed to match the theme...lol.
  3. It's trying to tell you something about that DD-1.
  4. nothing really wrong here except if u want to be picky they cud have heat shrink tubing the wires instead of electrical tape
  5. Since it is a nice rainy day I am going to install some of this in the 4runner today. I will take some pictures along the way. I noticed very little thickness difference, but never had any of the regular damp. The deal is hard to beat too.
  6. Just saw a pic of her, had to post her... She is so fucking amazing....
  7. Very nice! I'm glad you took my advice.
  8. looks like you guys had a great time !! love the beach.. such a beautiful place.
  9. Thank god today is Friday for me.
  10. Ok Sencheezy instead of tuning new wire to the doors they cut the stock speaker wire behind the radio, tied new wire to it and ran that new wire to the amps. So the power goes from the amp, through the new wire and then through the stock wire to the doors. I would never do it that way but if that's all you paid for then....
  11. I am a little confused... still lol What I am looking at, in this photo, is from the wire harness, is wired to what seems to be speaker wire, which I'm assuming is running to your door speakers. Now, if your door speakers were indeed amp'd, then you wouldn't be using the wire harness, period.
  12. Why would you rerun wire? If it's not broken, why fix it?

2 shirts both size XL Chop and you have money coming you way.
  14. Looks normal to me If you amped your speakers, you wouldn't have this issue anywho
  15. My Front stage amps came in Friday. Here is my tweeter amp- The tweeter amp does not do 2000w, lol. After careful reading, this amp is rated at 100w x 2 @4ohm. So, still a little beefy for it's potential but doable in my application. My other amp that is going to power my 4 8s- This amp will power my 8s with 750w x 2 of power.
  16. Today is my Friday!!! As I have two niece's graduating tomorrow.
  17. New toy alert!!! Snap-On Verus Wireless Scan tool. I bought this with complete coverage. US, Asian, and Euro OBDI and OBDII coverage, J-2534 flash programming with a built in 4 channel scope and a Snap-On Shopkey5 information system (think Online Mitchel Manual). Pretty much the most badass scanner available.
  18. It's about time I can legally drink.
  19. To show how increasing the input voltage really does nothing for output.
  20. Day two the subs have started to break in more dif getting louder here you go!!

lmfao..you're joking right? the problem here is people can't read the FLASHING RED LETTERS ON THE WEBSITE..that says "x number of business days" ..they think that you order it..and it ships right then and there and that's not how it works. i'm nick..i've never taken anybody's money and not shipped their stuff..i've been heavily involved in the industry for over 10 years... where ever you got that shit..is nothing short of total bullshit...point them here and ill correct them

Fi Car Audio is a reputable company, but their products are in high demand, and they are usually extremely busy. They don't have a listed phone number because answering the phone would pull time away from building the drivers and getting them shipped out. Use email. Nick worked for Fi, but recently left for a different career path. He hasn't taken anyone's money, or any other ridiculous claim you have heard.

Who the hell told you this... Thats pretty damn funny.. Fi is an amazing brand, easily top of the market in todays world and Iv heard no scamming going on at all.. They are a very well known brand and what youve heard is total bullshit.

  28. When you have to constantly do suspension, performance and brake upgrades to sustain the extra of your system. Already said before but, you get annoyed when people call you while you're driving. When you actively post on 5 different forums. When the contacts in your phone are screen names and not the persons actual name. When the value of your installed gear is triple that of the value of the car its in. When you buy subs just to blow them.
