  1. Having alittle fun behind my office on a Saturday Morning. Volume is about 3/4 since I'm just walking around at idle and not monitoring voltage although its not much a issue with this new badass alternator.
  2. I just love seeing another mini van build. There's nothing wrong with having a good sounding stereo no matter what the vehicle is IMHO. My wife and I get some strange looks from people with our van, but we don't much care, we're enjoying it.
  3. I don't want people to read this and think oh zcons can't take the power. I don't think is had much to do with power. Heres the coil I pulled from the same sub when I pulled it. This is after many demos and nearly 5k clamped burps.. Look as this coil. Looks brand new.

  8. I live next to amish country in the middle of the sticks and they are good at making pretzels and bake goods.
  9. Thank you, I kept getting an error trying to post the pictures.
  10. I'm confusing the shit out of my neighbors after renaming my wireless network to: "Bob's Coffee Shop."
  11. Super bonus if they'll winterize it for $100 more
  12. That car is completely insane!! After being around comps for a few weeks I have seen what a 59 looks like and I can tell you I do not want to be sitting in it!! Impressive
  13. Here is a link that might be able to give you a starting point. http://www.soundsolu...ation/icon.html I would choese 3/4" mdf that can be found at any hardware store. Generally, I would install in the largest enclosure I could fit, within the recommended listings of course. You should tune to whatever is your prefrence and your goal. I find 34hz best for daily. If you like ultra lows, maybe a 30hz tune. If your going for numbers, well you'll most likely be tune much higher, above 40hz normally. And I don't know how to answer your "etc." question lol
  14. Gulf coast classic show today. I clamped 4900w out of my 5ks. I think I found the limit of the zcons.

  16. Could you pass some knowledge on? Or should I just look for the thread on setting gains. Do you use an o-scope? Its something that seems to been beat to death If you try to find a thread on said topic, you will see about 26 of them in the past 2 months lol I would suggest just pick a familiar song, that has the same level as the majority of the songs that you play. And adjust by ear.
  17. M5 I've always respected your opinion and how you make people think over just giving an answer
  18. S. DeYoung was awesome. It was my first purchase from any online classified, ever. Went way better than expected, look forward to future business.
  19. All, I'm looking to run a pair of 12's in a sealed enclosure (1.00-1.25 ft^3 per) @ 600W RMS to each sub. Would I be losing any significant performance by under powering these subwoofers? I understand that they are rated for 750W RMS but I am limited to a total of 1200W RMS and would like to run 2-12s in a sealed enclosure due to my trunk-space limitations. Also, should these perform well in a relatively small sealed enclosure or is 1.0-1.25 FT^3 too little? What is the current lead time on the GCONS? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance, SnapperKing
