Sounds more like an abuse problem than a warranty claim to me.

Things are running a bit behind, you can figure an additional 2 weeks or so on normal lead times as Scott said quoted earlier they were exceedingly behind due to large international orders. If you ordered the 6th you're at like 14 business days right now.

well then they would have to pay a person just simply to run around checking on orders and emailing people back ALL DAY!! and thats not profitable they have someone that emails people back but from what i gather they do it more as a favor then a job, and they are NOT on location. i have been in your shoes before.. i have ordered from FI. and alot of other companies too.. just gotta sit back chill and check the email and wait for it to ship. here is a topic that may help you... http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/forum/topic/58715-your-order-and-when-shipped/ people post there order number and when it was shipped.. so you can have an idea of where and how much longer.
