I would definately switch that around and put the AGM in back and the acid upfront. Its not safe to have a lead acid battery inside the vehicle.

How much did you pay? On the main page ti says SSA, but theres a few dealers via amazon that sell used products you might of purchased via one of those rather then SSA

Usually not much if you use the same case. I'd rather just go with a high output instead. I've seen a few rewinds go bad. Id also only say go that route if you had no other options for an alt

I found the forums thru the Fi website. I had never even heard of SSA, Incriminator, or Crescendo, and was absolutely positive I was going to run Fi Subs and Soundstream power...now not so much.LOL Now I am leaning towards xcons and crescendo amps(done sold the Soundstream 2500 I had)...though I like that IA is in my home state of Alabam...ugh. This place makes it hard to decide on anything.

Today I finally got some time to get some of the wiring done. I am trying to make this build as clean as possible. Here is what I was left with when I sold my system lol. Installed my second 300A fuse and used gorilla tape to hold it down and there is padding underneath of the fuse holder. Ran my grounds and power wire to two separate terminals that will connect to the second battery in the trunk and then ran those wire from the terminals to distribution blocks for the amps. Just a close up of the distribution blocks for the power and ground. Here is a close up of the terminals I was talking about. These will be going to the second battery. The wire will be hidden more when I get the box, but the battery will be centered at the very end of the trunk. Everything has temporary zip ties on them now and they will be cut and tightened when everything is where it needs to be. Here is the end result, again wires will be cut and hidden more when the box arrives. That amp is my temporary mids/highs amp until my Sundown amps arrive. Until then I will be using Hifonics ZXi 80.4 and the Hifonics BRZ 1700.1D. BTW the power/ground wires will be coming where the speaker wire is currently located, they are just moved out of the way in that pic so I could put the trunk floor back in. Thanks for looking. The box should be here Wednesday or Thursday. It ships tomorrow.

i would start looking at my wiring, it sounds like there may be a shaffed wire or something.. maybe grounding out here and there causing a failure
