  1. If this is the business model or a part of it, it shouldn't be. It's unacceptable no matter how it is spun.
  2. Product: 2 SSA Xcon 10's, Dual 1 ohm coils. Condition: First Xcon: Cosmetic: 8.5/10 (Backplate scuffing, gasket scuffing) Mechanical: 10/10 Second Xcon: Cosmetic: 6/10 (Mounting scratches on basket, backplate scuffing, two chips on slug, gasket scuffing) Mechanical: 10/10 Description: Like the title states, 2 SSA Xcons. I rated them honestly on cosmetic condition. If you mount them normally, you won't be able to see any cosmetic damage. The dust caps and surround are virtually flawless. Mechanically everything is perfectly sound, as I recently just tested them. I bought these brand new from Ssa store. Put them in a 4.0ft^3 tuned at 33hz enclosure made by TRP here on the forum. I had them in my truck for a month, then took them out because I needed the space. They were hooked to an saz-3500d at 4ohm, so about 750wrms to the pair because I wasn't confident in my trucks electrical system to support the 1 ohm load. Price: Xcon #1-$300 plus shipping OBO Xcon #2-$275 plus shipping OBO For the pair-$525 plus shipping OBO *Prices are OBO! Feel free to ask any questions and thanks for looking!* Pictures:
  3. It has lowered my blood pressure, cholesterol, and my temper. I have also had better hair growth, heightened senses, and stronger eyesite. It has also increased my stamina, labido, and lengthened my weiner 3 and a half inches around. It hasn't affected my hearing at all though
  4. It can be put in, but I wouldn't. It is definitely not optimal. Is it possible to switch your order to a 12"?? How long ago did you order. This is why it's best to measure first then buy the sub(s) that fit the space.
  5. I understand your drive and desire to invoke change. Just be warned. Your reputation is all you have and it doesn't take much on the internet to ruin one.
  6. Honestly, when i started with SPL-Lab, they were manufacturing their products with some failing parts in every device that i had them forcefully change over. So, I guess my character would say i want to help advance and change their efforts where they lack. They have great potential with some flaws and that's what I target i guess. To help. I guess i'm a sucker for it.
  7. Uhggh, just did a full respond and internet crapped out. Ok, basically, to maintain a 14.4 voltage, you will have to supply the exact amperage that your amplifier, and the rest of your vehicle, is drawing. This is unrealistic for about 97.3% of ppl. As this will require multiple alternators. Especially just for 3500 watts. But to play your system in the safe voltage range, then reserve is key. Another reason while why it is extremely difficult, is because lets say your 3500 amp is drawing 300 amps and you have 3 270amp alternator, there is still going to be that latency, (voltage drop) because the draw (short burst of energy) happens much faster than the alternators are capable of reacting to.
  8. But you are still selling them, which means you condone this behavior. This is an ethics issue. Think about what this says about your character.
  9. DOA coverage should be free for anything anyone sells. If you sell brand new equipment and it doesn't work, how can you expect the customer to pay any amount of money?
  10. I put the wire in the terminal and hammer the shit out of the with a large hammer. I have been doing that since day one and has always worked good for me. I can yank on the wire and it won't budge. Nice free way to get it done.
  11. If you do not like my thread please stay out of it. I have sold 100s of products on SSA without one problem.
  12. I have one and it sucks. It's like not the right size for bigger gauges. This pos model 66150 from central hydraulics made in china. Somebody likes to neg everything! Adapters aren,t big enough for the larger sizes!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!.
