I'm running a mayhem on 2k but it's hard to give you an answer on what's best when nobody has done a direct swap or heard all 3 subs on adequate power. Most people just read reviews and choose whatever they find more appealing when it comes to decisions like this.

It isn't the sub, but your goals that don't work with a sealed enclosure. Either your desires or expectations need to change for it to be a match.

Little update. BTW, if anyone could please merge my two identical build logs i'd appreciate it. I dunno what happened cause I only submitted it once so idk. Anyways, I hate you guys that make this look easy cause rings are a bitch. Got me one of these here rabbits cause I wanna make it look all purdy like. The largest one is mighty close! So, good fit IMO. Now I'm thinking of either just slapping another ring under for extra support or somehow gettin all fancy and putting one on time and rounding it over. I think the second option won't be beneficial as much cause it'd be covered anyways with resin and all. Opinions are welcome. That's it for today. I managed to get 14 rings cut out and still 2 short. I did manage to get all 8 rabbeted at least though. I am tired of breathing mdf dust for the day.

Are going to flare the ports. If you heat the PVC with a heat gun and use a bowl to push the heated end on you can make your own flares out of the PVC tubing. There is a YouTube video of it. And the box looks awesome!!! Thumbs up
