  1. New APR carbon fiber intake and SSA license plate, the plate adds at least 25HP
  2. There is no such thing as box rise. However there is an impedance CURVE, so depending on the box and frequency being played it is possible for your impedance to drop or ride.
  3. Had to get in on the action.
  4. Terminology doesn't make it non existent. Most people know it as box rise for those not being technical. And electrical system plays a LARGE role in it's effects to. For those who compete, it's easily measurable. That's why in some classes in competition, it's better to remove some batteries in the install to prevent the amplifiers from running at such a low impedance. Your impedance "curve" alters what each frequency in the playable spectrum will be but if a user measures that, that information can greatly be changed\altered by upgrading\downgrading your electrical system... Whatever the purpose is.
  5. Which REQUIRES a ported enclosure if using a high sensitivity driver. Still would need a multitude of them to really "keep up". The bandwidth trade-off usually means that a ported 8 or at most 10 is the sweet spot...although a multi-way system will do even a better job.
  6. It will be far from perfect but should be acceptable. Perfect would be alot more sanding and filling and I finally said FK this. lmao Really only did this while my subs were out to give me something to do. Never again will decide to do something like this just for the hell of it. Hopefully this will be back up and playing by Saturday night and me not having to mess with the build anymore this year.
  7. Pics please.Yay, cottonwood.
  8. That does not look like fun lol, but its looking good.
  9. Not sure what I'm going to do with this.
  10. This is how I do it. Once I have pics uploaded to photobucket I get to the screen where I can see the thumbnails. Hover over the pic I want and a little gear/icon shows up. Hover over that and a small menu drops down. Click on get links. Once I click on get links, another small window pops up. Click on the IMG code at the bottom and it automatically copies it. I then go to the posting location and press ctrl+v, right click then paste also works here as well. Post what looks like gibberish and it should turn into a photo. Add your words or other photos with spacing between just to be sure you don't mash it all together.
  11. I really cannot get over how well these horns and silver flutes sound. Nearly my whole music collection sounds great from classical music like Bach to rap like riff raff. It took some tuning and time to get to my liking but man. It sounds great.
  12. My wife is more brunette, but she has blonde highlights.....So I will pick both. Very good question. I ask myself this often, I do lots of important work and engineering, but that child in myself never goes away. For example I will be going tonight to watch TMNT! Been excided about it for awhile. So like in the last post I will pick both.
  13. no difference. Also, if you add more power without adding more batteries, your rise will go up. current and voltage in influences voltage\current out.
