this weekend DjMan ( Doug ) lent me 1 of his Ia 40.1 so i would not have to use the Massive POS !!! we wired the 2x 15: SoundStream subs to 0.4 ohm no where near the 0.26 his DD 9515's will do... using 1 amp on a 12v setup did a 154.6db amp never even got warm. i was wareing hearing protection and it was blurrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrring my vision

it was last night... it was not a Usaci show as they cant seem to find there way to Dallas / Ft Worth ... Ia 40.1 was only wired too 0.4ohm 12v 1 battery etc etc etc

Last Night at the Texas Bass Productions show in Ft Worth Tx ( Hooters ) with a lil help from Doug ( Djman37 ) i did 152.3 on my first run.... 154.0 on the second rub 154.6db on last run and she had more to give... equipment used: Alpine 9887 Hu Ia 40.1 2- 15" SoundStream T4 subs 1 - Kenitick 2400 box 7.5cf ported with 2- 6" areaports, ruffly 7" long note 55Hz mic in passanger Kick w/ drivers door open Pics soon

sorry the amp i am wanting info on is a Us Amps its as tall as i am !!! 6ft or better the thing is a monstor but i cant make out what it says on the board other than ......400, has lots of red and black 8ga wire comming out of 1 end looks like this 1 but its twice the amp....

I searched the specs thats pinned but theres nothing about the older amps... a friend has the VFL 400 and i was woundering what it would do ??? might not be vfl ? but the amp is a Us amps & its about 7ft long

i have a friend running 2 10" Treos with an SS Pca2000d ( my old amp ) and the boxx is Hella low ported.... sounds all right but i can think of a lot of subs that would sound better for Less money

? foam on the glass ? or do you mean foam in the back door cavitys ? i am having a problem with the back window flapping like a bird wing when the subs are humming... the link to the pics was so you could see the back window in question...
