  1. Love the box bro. Been wantin to do this with a birch box I have for a while. Box is going in my bro-in-law's car now, but still may attempt this. Thinkin a cherry wood look.
  2. Double check the volt meter against your batt on a dmm. Sometimes they get outa whack. Best way I found to do it is with car off and no load on the system.
  3. Nice. Great work for a driveway build. Mad props on craftmanship bruh!
  4. Just waiting on box and sub and this will be a wrap!
  5. Pics of 140 amp HO Alt and final 1/3 of Big 3 installed. Also replaced both belts while I had them off.
  6. Sub and box are going in my bro-in-law's build, just borrowing them until my box and sub are done. Sub is running 8 ohms of my AP18001D for ~300-350 rms and it bangs!
  7. Aight, for those of you who hung in there, this is where it starts to pay off, lol. Got my hands on a camera finally. Here it goes...
  8. iamamp3pimp: Thank you Robin. Box looks AMAZING ! (Not my sub used in pics. DC Level 5/PSI 12 he built for his wife
  9. Just had them there for the hell of it, but dropped them when the other set of 6w4p's went in .
  10. Changed a few things up. Ditched the 6x9's and put 2 more 6w4p's in my back doors so 4 in total. Got the 2 Vifa's runnin caped off the front channels of the head unit. The AP3002 is on the rear outputs runnin at 4 ohms by 2 for 160 rms per side crossover lp'd x10 to 5500 and it is hp'd on the deck at 120 making a ghetto bandpass for my mids. Cleaned up my midrange alot. Everything ordered and got the final design from Bass Heads Ent. for my box: Should be built real soon. pucking Pysched!
  11. Thanks for the reply. I am waiting on my recone from David at PSI right now, then my builder is going to build me a MT/PSI Hybrid 12D1.4 to run off my AP18001D in this: Can't fuckin wait!
  12. Form Confirmation Thank you for submitting the following information: Radio1: No10 Tiffany Phelps & Joseph Nichols E_mail: [email protected] First_Name: Donald Last_Name: Cowger III Submit1: submit
  13. Awsome. Motor sealed into back wall of box = instant win.
  14. Bass Heads Ent. FTMFW! Looks awsome bro. Robin does the damn thing.
  15. Looks great. When my guy did the kerf for my box he mixed up part saw dust & part glue and spread it on the back side of the kerf in the grooves for strength. Just a thought, don't know if you already accounted for this or not. Box looks awsome bruh. You got skills. I know I can't build so I let iamamp3pimp at Bass Heads Ent. take care of all my box building and sub recone needs. (/shameless plug for friend's new website but seriously, dude does awsome work v check the sig Keep up the great work bruh. In for vids.
  16. Those new AQ's are supposed to be BEASTS Jeff If it where me I'd go that route But then again, if where really me I'd go with an AP AQX35001.
  17. Nice gear for sure.
  18. Lookin good man. I am an ECT student at DeVry and one of my professors actually used to work for Crown Amps FTW. It's nice to have someone with that kind of knowledge to share ideas with. Keep up the good work, in for vids.
  19. Yeah that makes sense cause I read somewhere the black ones where built for daily. Hence the better cooling and wider gap. Just trying to find out if anyone knows for sure. Seems like no one has even really heard of the black ones.
