  1. yeah put it on jack stands or ramps would work fine. something to make sure your safe under there
  2. You can access it from under the car behind the engine. you could do it if you tried i think.
  3. Mark should like this build.
  4. i tried...one audio shop said it wouldn't touch it and another said it could be an all-day project and couldn't give me a quote on it. What kind of car? sorry if you already said it.
  5. then i would do two ssds
  6. He ha s 1500 watt amp so 2 SSD's or SA-12's would be alright but no Fi X's since a few threads down he askes which amp to get i assumed he didnt have one.
  7. in that price range i would look at the SSA dcon or Fi X
  8. I think there are some better sub choices but the pioneers are good. If your still open to suggestions look around at some of the manufactures on the forum.
  9. AQ=honda RF=cadillac if the fosgate fits in the budget i would get that over the AQ
  10. Was that the one with the pink mud flaps? LOL yeah and pink windsheild wipers.( the car came like that) forgot i knew you that far back. haha
  11. But I thought you ran it in 6 cubes on an SAZ-3000D? I did. For about 2 hours total in one weekend. I just dont want you to go into this build with a false sense of security. thats it.
  12. Matt the sub really isnt that much different than any other NS. it just has one more stiff spider. i keep hearing 3k daily but if its not set up right it will pop. just like a normal nightshade could take extra rms if done safley. i wouldnt throw extra power to it and build a huge box for it. you might be on a path for destruction and id hate to see that. just my two cents but i think you should stick with 2000rms and stay around 5 cubes.
  13. 2000wrms. more if your smart and have good equipment. i say if you have to ask, you should stick to 2000wrms
  14. stevemead08 replied to kraz3one's topic in Fi Technical
the Q is rated at 1000wrms. the 600 you have will work nicely.
  15. you should probably email [email protected] and ask him when he expects back order to be filled. Second, to a smart person 2800wrms is great for a btl. overhead is your friend. If your not smart you can cook it also.
  16. Just remember the old sayin " you get what you pay for."
  17. stick to your plan dude! AQ and fi are both good companies
  18. 1.3 ft3 28hz 1- 4inch round port
  19. wire the amp off the rear battery
  20. i had two SA-8s on 1500w in a 1.3 cubic foot box. it would blow your mind for real!
  21. lol. wheres your video nick?
