  1. Correct, for the most part.. The master only turns on.
  2. I took the wire out of the 4 chan and ONLY had a the remote wire linking the amps and the slave amp turned on.. No keys, no head unit turned on, no remote wire going or coming from anywhere but the 35s. Jacob, what is going on?
  3. Okay, I will. Can I get a technical answer on why when I dasiy chain my 100.4 and both 3500s my master amp will turn on once I put the remote wire in my slave amp ( note remote wire chained like 100.4-master-slave) this is being a pain in the dick.
  4. Okay new issue, when I plugged the remote wire into my slave amp, my master amp turned on.. No keys in ignition nor are any other amps turning on..
  5. Right everything coming off the headunit, I checked the voltage on my remote wire for the 35s and it's 005, so it'd make sense if something was loose behind the head unit, right? Other suggestions? could I link all the remote wires together starting at my 100.4?
  6. Stefan right and right, and no relay. My 100.4 is turning on and working fine, the remote wire for that is coming off my knukonceptz rca. Looking for my dmm now.
  7. Okay so I'm by my truck now posting this on my phone, so I just took the remote wires out of the 3500d that wasn't turning on and just left the remote wire in the 350@0d that was turning on, started my truck and now THAT amps doesn't turn on.. Besides that, my power n grounds are fine. Now what?..
  8. There is no light indication on the amp at all, not red, nor blue. When you say it is probably a wire, like the remote wire came loose? Thanks, Dom.
  9. I was driving home from my girls house listening to some of decafs songs I just downloaded and all a sudden my slave amp turned off, I reset my head unit seeing if it was some freak accident and it'd turn back on, but it didn't, so I continued driving home with my head unit off, with it being so late I didn't have the energy to do a lot of trouble shooting. Both amps are grounded in the same spot and share the same remote wire. I checked both 300 amp fuses and they didn't look blown, the remote wire didn't come loose and fall out. What do I need to do to fix this problem? Thanks, Dom
  10. Soulja Boy isn't good IMO..
  11. You can buy a pair of Type R's BNIB on ebay for 250 shipped all day. I also have a design w/cut list for 6 12" Alpine Type Rs ina blow through, I was going to do this exact build but didn't because i'm planning on bagging my truck. Let me know if your interested in the cut-list.
  12. Do it without the carbon fiber then
  13. Everybody looking! *Official Rap Share/Discussion Thread*
  14. Eh, I don't know. Princess and Diamond and grimy, hood and raw, like the rest of Crime Mob. Eve do got some shit though. --
  15. Some goodies I let Mark barrow, i'll be getting them soon though
  16. Aluminum coil is for people who are going to really beat the shit outa the driver and push it too its power limits and want a little more peak in their output, so the aluminum have a little higher thermal limits.
  17. I think the responses above are geared towards high powered systems. If you are running 500 watts to a BTL, then upgrade to 2500 watt you WILL hear and feel and gain in a lot of ways.
  18. Maximum theoretical difference: 10*log(Power1/Power2) 10*log(9000/7000) = 1.1db A 1.1db difference wouldn't really be audible to begin with, so we can scratch "noticeably louder" off of the list of possibilities as the audible difference would amount to pretty much zero even under idealized, unrealistic conditions. Also, that formula doesn't account for power compression, which your subwoofers will be experiencing. At a level of 9kw, they will be experiencing a significant amount of power compression. How much power compression you'll experience depends on the thermal capabilities of your drivers and their mechanical behavior in the enclosure.....but realistically it will be significantly less than 1.1db on a meter, possibly even zero if the amount of power compression is high enough. Thanks man
  19. You know I want one, but even if I was able to get the subs mounted good I don't know how much room I can spare with me bagging my truck.
  20. I don't care what anyone says but Princess and Diamond will smash on Niki M all day long.
