Flare radius is 50mm, I need to measure the thickness, it's something I never measured. Predrilled holes aren't a problem, I only need to know where you need them. The versions in the pictures don't have wide mounting flanges, that's something I'm working on including on order. Pipe sizes are not so great news. They are opposite of european standards (8" pipe is 8" OD, not ID) so I will need new molds. This will delay things a bit

Guess I found the culprit to my clutch problems... Residue looking like modeling clay in the clutch master cylinder and the check valve looked ragged.

I've used an 8 inch aero port for my BTL 12 with good results. BIG improvement over the 6 inch one. And 5 minutes of testing with the 10 inch aero port gained me 0.8db over the 8 inch Free yourself of those puny ports On a more serious note, you will need to do the typical sedan setup, sub and port facing the windshield, port on driver's side and box sealed off from the trunk. Depending on the class you compete in, external port might protrude out of the trunk space. I personally prefer external for ease of adjusting length and no worries about modifying box volume when the port length changes. That's what I said first about the 150 mark, one burp and it's enough. Now I'm close to 151 and I'm aiming for 152

Halted so far because I've been busy building flares... Testing in my car and some other cars showed very consistent results and very close to to TL scores. Lots of options for it's development bouncing around now. Even contemplating a simpler version which doesn't need a computer as a first option. I will not let this in prototype stage !

What do you guys think about offering big aeroports for sale ? Big as in ports fitting up to 12 inch diameter pipe, hand made, out of fiberglass. Better results compared to using multiple small ports, easier to tune, easier to get the needed port area, no more troubles with couplers, or pipes not long enough, or ports not fitting right. Here is how the versions for 8 inch and 10 inch pipe look: Raw 8 inch version on a piece of pipe: If anyone can post some accurate standard pvc pipe measurements (ID and OD) it would be useful to see if the size standards are different between US and Europe.
