  1. I'm sure it can handle more than that. my suggestion would be 1 15 bacause of the stronger motor for more pressure. Our SPL truck like that is tuned to about 54 to 57 htz. 2 15s in a Quarter wave wall does about 150 to 154db every time it goes on the meter with less than 1000 watts. (USACI 0 - 1000 watt modified class) ...
  2. unless your cutting the back wall or losing the rear seat, you don't have the room ...
  3. gettin better, you losing your back seat ??
  4. Why you tell him 2 12s ??? you have no idea of his plans for his system ??? He wouldn't have asked if he knew the answer ...
  5. wow ... not enough info dude ... your driver enclosure (sub box) installation, how much room you have to work with (type vehicle) sound quality or spl, street loud or competition, basically the most info you can give us, the better we can help.
  6. I think what you are looking for is a song that exploits your box tuning frequiency. use a term lab, (and test tones sweep), find your enclosure and your cabin peak frequency, let us know what those numbers are. You should find what you are looking for then. Other than that, It will only be guess work and what sounds bast to you.
  7. You sure that type of vehicle has enough suspension and frame work to accomadate the weight ?? IF I remember those are unibody cars (without Frames). Just a suggestion ... Kickers would be very loud, but are not to accurate on low notes. they like around 40htz or higher. You might have better luck with the SSA subs. BUT I perfer the wall idea. Again Just my suggestion ...
  8. try looking up "the pink panther" (bass version). It will work your whole system to the MAX !!! Most (ole school) competitors will know this song ...
  9. what type of vehicle we talking about ?? you wanting to be "street loud" or compete ?? All I have is a 6 1/2 in the kick pannel and a tweet in the A pillar on a VERY powerful amp. It does every job I have requested form it so far Sound Quality and Street Beat.
  10. Thats why I'm glad to have a company vehicle... That chevy of mine was killing me in gas, I park it as much as possible...
  11. I would really like to see a bandpass / quarter wave wall in a crx ....
  12. awesome ... crx a competition vehicle or a daily driver ??
  13. linear power dps 200 on sale at linearpower.com ... very nice amp, good for SQ and impressive thump for a small amp. It gives the most power at 4 ohm mono.
  14. I'd like to meet up and compare them to the Blues ...
  15. he should be alot louder but very difficult to tune (staging and imaging).
  16. All frequiencies are suppost to blend together as if 1 driver is playing everything.
