I have not used this myself but found this site Ultimate Polyfill Subwoofer Enclosure Resource [audiojunkies] give it a read. Sounds convincing, but havn't tried yet. Hope this give a little insite.

A 4" port gives 12.56" of port area, I beleive you need 1-4" port for each cu.' of box space. The 6" will give 28.26" of area. Might need to check me on that. Decisions, Decisions it is dificult to decide which way to go...Good Luck!

Looks amazing!!! What airspace and tuning did you guys go with? Pondering the XCON route myself...

2-4 subs is obtainable for most customers and can fit in most vehicles if you want to give up the space. I think that would promote the product the best.
