  1. Sweet, maybe I got a chance to do a decent # with 4 of these. Won't have that much power. Yet!!!
  2. That's not wasted space when it comes to going to the grocery store. Think my son and his buddies have raised my neighbor's temper a bit, not to mention the open headers on that 454 in Grasshopper's ride.
  3. @ work, Yeah I know, that's no excuse!
  4. Yeah, have had a few people in the car to check it out and they always say damn when I open the trunk and they see the subs. Big sound for an 8"!! I'm such a procrastinator on making vids, hell I havn't even gotten any on my son's car yet.
  5. Any updates?? Did you get the HU problem worked out? Waitin' for more!

Had to go back and check the mounting of the tweeter you were talking about, getting old and did not see it the first go round. Like you said, may not want to go active but for now running the 100.4 as a 3 channel would probly work great for you. Will give you great sound and not overload the hatch. For now!

Maybe when you are ready for the 12's to go back in you can run the components active and use all 4 channels.
  9. Now that you guys mentioned it maybe that's what kept me from choosing that one.

  17. Are you wanting to go ported or sealed. Those measurements give about 5 cu' so your going to be a little limited on ported unless you find a little more space.
  18. this one!!!! Maybe the front logo just a little smaller for us smaller framed guys. Have a guess when are these gonna hit the store??
  19. Yep, thought so. Those bars under glass are sweet!! Keep it up, each step is getting you closer.

Use chan. 1&2 for the components, @ 2ohm you'll get 160 watts per chan. then bridge chan. 3&4 @ 4ohm to get 320 watts for the sub. I don't think it's needed to bridge channels for more power for the components, and if that is what you want to do I would not get 2 ohm components.
