It's easier to delete posts than learn to understand the equipment and be able to answer questions regarding your own products it seems. He has a habit of just deleting posts anytime he doesn't want to address the questions/comments.

It is certainly rough on the carpet. It's easy to clean though, wash it with soap and water.
