i just received my vellman hps10yestarday gonna try to mess with it in a few days i purchased it for 130 brand new shipped to my door directions are very vague - or maybe i am just used to instructions where you cant mess up because they are written in layman's terms

i live in pawleys island and am going to tech in conway and georgetown this semester

i am a powering 3 sa8s with it in a sealed enclosure- going ported in the near future doesn't vibrate cars beside me around because i didn't design my build to do that but it defiantly gets loud and after running at full blast for about 30 seconds on a 50hz tone voltage drops like crazy with engine on from 13.5 to 12.8 actually ordering a batter when i get my paycheck in this week i think you will like it i sure have loved mine love me some Nissans i drove a Maxima for my first car then to the vehicle i got now a frontier i will be looking forward to seeing your build unfold

need to do big 3 And need a battery i got sae1200 and i have the big 3 done and now going to upgrade my battery up front

Trying to get a battery for my truck right now current battery in there Width 7" Height 8 just top of battery and i think 8.3 with post and wires on top Length 11.25" i can go about 12.25 maybe a little bigger Looking at putting a battery in there with the most AH was looking at this d2700 Length 12 inches Width 6.5 inches Height 8.3 inches Ah 103 How much room do i need on top was thing that an ibar kit would work and connect wires beside batter instead of on top Any ideas or other batteries with more amp hours that will fit Thanks

great information was just thinking about adding a port to my sealed enclosure is that before or after displacement- i got 3 sa8s in a sealed box with volume before displacement 1.7 cubes maybe 1.75 hard to get exact i want to go ported now can i add a aero port or 2 to that and be good for internal volume or should i got up to about 2 cubes for total box volume then add a port(s) running off a sae1200 thanks kevin Love my sa8s now i want to make them ported so people can say wtf those are 8s even more

sorry about thread steal but its about same thing here is what i have the part on the upper left is the stock wiring with fuses-- i am looking at getting a xs battery and first off terminals will be switched up positive on other side and i have to add another 1/0 guage to go to my alternator to finish the big 3 so what would be the best way the extend these or to wire it up to a new battery was looking at getting a d2400 or a d 6500 any help would be appreciated thanks

I have been working on this thing for a long time not exactly how i wanted it but not bad for my first system and first time with fiberglass. not sure about the grills i took them off and tested with out a minute ago but didn't go to full power gonna go to where i work later and let it go full tilt and check on the excursion- if they dont work i am gonna leave them on while i drive if i have stuff in the back seat and if i want to blast them just pop the grills right off just takes a minute to pop them off with my panel tool ill try to post a video tomorrow- of how it works but it will be from my droid so crappy quality

waiting for some caulking to dry then i am gonna mount the last sub hopefully more updates with finished results soon thanks for all the help SSA
