For a daily setup, I would tune higher in that range. 35-37hz.
You are running to much power. When I saw the term SQ used in the title I was going to recommend Hivi or Zaph Audio components. They can be found on Madisound. I have had great experience with both companies.

Looks like every other Korean made amplifier. Are prices posted anywhere? Sounds like they are starting off terribly.
Agreed. Usually the baffle is the weakest point. Obviously because of the hole(s) cut in it. In that specific box the baffle will be very weak even though it is twice as thick.
I dont believe there is a scientific evaluation to enclosure bracing. It is good practice to brace every enclosure. It helps greatly with panel resonance. I find window bracing to be the most effective since it attaches to four sides on the enclosure instead of just two.
Fuse the wire. What size wire are you using?
