Currently I have 400wrms going to my XCON 10". It sounds great and is suprisingly "loud" on such low power. When I finish my install I will have ~1200wrms going to it. Again, enclosure and install are going to be a huge part on how the subwoofer performs.

Your goal is to get loud and sound good. With the proper enclosure MOST subwoofers can do this.

The BL or XCON would be good choices.

I'm going to recommend SSA Icon or SSA Xcon. Each are available in a 10" or 12". How much cubic feet are available?

I know you're in good hands. The person who is helping you with your install is knowledgeable. If you are looking for more output, invest in a ported box. The dcons shine in a ported enclosure.

The Bravox

Not sure man. I thin the Bravox us a santoprene single roll surround. Looks like these Crescendo's have a progressive surround. Could be wrong though. The bravoxs also have the progressive surround , pretty cool No, I do not think so, maybe a progressive style spider. Yes the bravox have the double surround

Because they make use of carbon fiber material for the cone, and have shiny phase plugs? They are also a speaker Stef. You smartass!!! Lol Funny as I have owned and listened to the bravox 3 way set. Have you guys? I was just stating they look exactly like them except the basket. I'm sure their specs are different.
