  1. Yes, Andrew came up with the idea of the center console box, and did all of the work. Fixed.
  2. Just contact Jude and he will let me know. You'll have to contact me. Jude's been MIA for the past couple months. lol He didn't even help build this one!! Edit: Sorry for double post
  3. Hey now Logan, don't go taking all the credit. I designed, built, and carpeted that beast LOL.
  4. Guessing you got enough carpet? Looks great. Now where's my 3 dollars?
  5. I have a rough 18 sq in of port per cube and it's in no way sloppy. Hammers the lows and still has accuracy. I'm not claiming it's as accurate as a smaller port, but I can bet it's louder. I've always been a fan of building boxes with larger port area... EDIT: mod may wanna move this, the category isn't quite right. lol
  6. bro I'm from the dirty south also
  7. The latest RE subs I've heard did not impress me whatsoever. Personally I'd choose something else, and run 1 12" ported. Never heard any Cadence components, but I have heard they are pretty nice for the price. Good luck man, I'm sure you'll find something sooner or later.
  8. I haven't been very active lately but now that I've found the mobile skin was updated im sure I'll be around more often! I'm loving it! Using Dolphin Browser Mini on my Android Samsung Captivate!
  9. Are you guys related or something, xoxoMyNamexoxo? Nah we go to school together. One of my best friends. I was on before him so blame him copying. lol And no, I will never go as far as zZzxXx@nDR3wxXxzZz
  10. Don't forget 18 sq.in. of port per foot
  11. The box sounds amazing. Personal experience of course.
  12. CUR DOG!!
  13. I'm Logan, lol I'm Andrew, lol and Cur, your box is tuned around 33-34 hz...
  14. the sub looks like its clipping? your dumb as shit the volume wasnt even half of the way up to where it clips the signal on normal songs You obviously don't know a thing about what you're doing or how to behave on a forum.
  15. hahaha i noticed that too. c'mpn now it could be a totally straight 'man bag'...... all b.s. aside, if you've got a beetle for free and you wanna save gas money i say screw what ppl think. that guy/girl/it's car has some decent sized subs in the backseat. looks to be pretty loud too. idk about competing though
  16. how much port area per cube?
  17. Looks great man! :drink40:
  18. Mann, this sounds great! Please release some info soon
  19. Yeah that sub definitely looks/sounds like it's clipping. The guy with the sub obviously doesn't know the harm he's doing
  20. OMG noo please. Hurry up and close this. It's for your own good!
  21. maybe i need to get some then Mash Here I will look through my email, but I think they sent me a promo code to save 10% on the next purchase. Good thing too because i have nowhere left to put them. lol For some reason the slim ballast kits are off of the site? I hope they come back. The Raptor kits should also be good though. The ballast are just a bit larger. I have heard they can cause radio static/interference though because they are analog and not full digital like the slims. I have 3 sets of the raptors, trust me if they caused noise they would be gone in a heartbeat. lol Mounting is not an issue with a truck, no need for the slim ballasts, IMO. I agree with your post above, they really need to be installed in projectors if possible. I have El cheapo projectors now but at least they don't blind oncoming traffic. I would love a better cutoff and one day, I will tackle a retrofit with some nice projectors. Mine - not a great cutoff. I think I have light leaking out one of the holes on the passenger side or need to adjust the bulb. I didn't notice the light up over the cutoff on the passenger side until I took this photo, but I am not getting flashed by traffic so guess it's all good for now anyway. looks sweet! i've heard the raptors only cause interference on fm/am and it really only becomes a problem when in a parking garage, etc. but if you're not having problems, awesome

  23. maybe i need to get some then I'd definitely give em a try. Very cheap and they seem to be much better made than all those cheapo ebay kits.
