I don't consider it stealing. I just wanna do something I havnt seen yet. I guess ill just do the paint for now. Then when I find or think of that awesome idea, I can do it then.

Of course. I know I gotta pay to play. And I don't plan on cutting corners. Also, I don't mind getting a second batt. Just don't want to if I can help it. I have room for a batt. Its just that it will be dirtying there in the open. Maybe ill build a custom holder for it. Idk. But even if I do need a second batt, it will have to wait for a while. ..it takes a while to get cash for something when I make $7.25/hr. Lol

Yea. I saw that one. Not for me. I was thinking about diamond plate because my brandpa has alot left over from somwthin he did. But that's aloooot of extra weight. And since my wagon is lowered, I need to use as little weight as possible to avoid a ugly stance; like the back being way lower than the front. and I saw the guy with the skar subs that did the ole' skool little kid car mat. Look really good but don't wanna steal it. Want aomethin very original. I guess I need to just go to home depot, fabric store etc and see what they have.

I don't think there is any way at all that I can run om stock alt. Its only 80amps. And I wont be upgrading any time soon. If I ever do. It will just be up to a btl. With a saz2500. But I probobly wont.

Yea I go to high school and everyone is allways satin... when u gettin ur system? I wanna hear it! So yea ill be doing. Demos. Maybe competeing every now and then... I mean its only one XCON, soo... so you really think that a bigger alt is necessary? If I go with a bigger alt then can I do just the primary batt? Im kinda limited on space as my box is so big. (Gonna be about 7.5cu ft) Thanks again.

Hmm... so certain group batts have the terminals on the correct sides?

Ok. That makes sense. How do I know which batts don't need modification? I just don't wanna have to deal with modifying the wires going to the batt.

And I have looked at the chart. But I saw that you stated the chart is very general and is is recomended as if u had a stock alt... so I did try to figure it out. thanks again.

So, I will soon be running a sundown saz-1500D. And now I have a aamp that puts out 190x2. So about 1900watts Rms total. I will be ordering a DC Power 180xp alt. And I was wondering what batt should I use in order to not have to use a secondary batt? Really don't want to have to do any modifications if possible. I drive a 1994 Toyota Camry V6. Thanks. -jonathan

Ok So I ordered my design for my sub enclosure. Optimal size. So about 7-7.5ft^3. Kerfed port Double baffle tuned to 32hz Im still trying to think ofwhat I want to do on the outside of the box. I like truck bed liner but soooo many people do it. Any suggestions on as to what to do on the outside?

Hmm... still kinda jiberish to me. Lol. This amp is powering my front stage. Its. Bridged (190w Rms). They are Bravox carbon fiber components. The thing is tho... when I turned it all the way up, to the middle, etc... it all sounded the same.

So... enough of this.lol. today I set the gain so max is btween 25-28 depending on song. Now... I have what I think is a low pass filter on the amp. What's that do? I turned it all the way upp... and didn't sound any different from all the way down...?

Hmm... it seems as if most say to stick to the 3/4 rule. So for a Kenwood, that would be like 27 right? If so, I would need to set my gains as high as I can with out distortion at 27 volume. Correct?
