  4. Thanx, but this is probably where the disclaimer should come in. I'm in no way any kind of professional nor claim to be one, it's strictly a hobby for me. I'm also not a competitor, have never built a competition build or had the opportunity to personally design and build for very large, very high powered systems, nor do I intend to anytime soon I'll leave that for the professionals. That being said, I'm sure there's people who will find problems with the design and that's fine as I'm not perfect and I'm sure it could be done better. For a zcon i would recommend double mdf. 3/4 x 2.
  5. I'll send you a reply in a few This isnt ebay!
  6. Talk to him thru ebay not ssa forum.

  12. That doesnt solve the quality issues for the money. Full refund?
  13. I must say that if that's the case it was an extremely rare oversight on our part. I appreciate the fact that you could help out Sean and am sorry that you had to. doesnt fix the problem
  14. I had to add glue to loose mdf. Well designd box but audible customs built some boxes for me that are awesume wiith his carpeting. also packaged better. Okay here is where I'll have to step in. As far as the carpet goes okay maybe some came loose, it's not normal but can't say it's impossible. I can say with 100% certainty that there is no way that the MDF was "loose" unless it was seriously damaged in shipping. We use titebond III and about 40 screws per enclosure, we use 3M fiberglass for all of the interior corners and seal with silicone. I would have to disagree if it was glued well it would have had to break to be loose. Not the case not enough glue. Well out of the 100's of enclosures we've built including 20 or so I've used personally and 15+ sold here on SSA I've never heard of anything like that. Do you have any pictures? I have pics but you cant see the loose joint because of the carpet.

  17. He dont get my recommendation,
  18. You can see where the glue was sprayed. You can see mdf at where the carpet seams are. I had to reglue one of the port walls down. Other than that it is a great box!
  19. Thanks Mark and Aaron
