I believe it was either not wired right,or it wasnt fully broken in.Did it smell like burned voice coil before it went out?
  4. Always get good quality.never settle for the cheap stuff.
  5. should i get the 4ohm subs,or 2ohm?it will be wired to a monoblock @1200w @2ohms . and when wiring can i just wire it to one enclosure terminal ,and then put a wire connecting both enclosure terminals, and make it so each enclosure terminal hook up to 1 sub to achieve the 2 ohm load indicated on the LI websites.or will they have to be wired together in a series or parralel to achieve 2 ohms? the website didnt show what to do if you have 2 subs
  6. Thank you sir.for some reason i was under the impression the bigger the box the harder it will slam.i guess im going to go with the 2.0 per 12
  7. i have been looking endlessly online to try and find the best enclosure for 2 12in IA LI's. i am stuck between a 4.0 CUBIC FEET TUNED @ 32Hz,and a 5.0 ft tuned @ 34. both boxes are single slot port.I was looking for one tuned around 2.3 but didnt find any and dont want to pay to have a custom box made.i dont care about sq, i just want it to pound as hard as possible. any suggestions would be great i am putting it in a 2000 taurus i believe the trunk is 17 inches height and i think i have plenty of room for these enclosures.also i am powering these by a kicker zx1000.1 (1180 watts)
