We have 14 gauge Cadence speaker wire in stock and will be added to all enclosure orders at no charge to you. They will be simply crimped in unless you would like them soldered in which we can do at no charge. I will be ordering larger power/ground wires for those that would like to upgrade to larger wire, this will be a charge that is yet to be determined at this time. For now enjoy the "free bees" in life.. Yes, this means if your enclosure has not shipped yet this will be added to your enclosure!!

Some small enclosures there lol I do the same with flushed baffles. Offers a stronger much cleaner look. I also use the same method as you, drilling a whole and using a flush trim. Makes a bit of a mess if you do not have a n exhaust system though.

I would say there are much better choices for the price. However, to say it does not sound good or can not is not true. While I worked in that building there was tons of testing going on. Some of which would surprise just about everyone on the results. They never release the tests most of the time and we are all bound by contract to not divulge any information with out their approval(which of course you never will get). The Z can and will do great in an install where you want a good SQ(ish) sound at very high volumes. SQ is subjective so that conversation/debate will go on forever on what is or is not SQ. I have been judging SQ for years and I have my own views on it. While this discussion is interesting, it holds true with just all subwoofers. The enclosure makes a huge difference in performance and sound. In most cases when a sub stage sound horrible it is because some one did not take the time to design/build to make it sound as they wanted. If you built it to just be loud..then SQ(how ever subjective it is) becomes a back burner though.

LOL Yelawolf...I use that same song for local demos our demo truck some times. Always get a great reaction from everyone. Nice setup for a first build.

Different applications I've heard the Z3 play music well into the 160's and sound amazing going so. My personal Z18" sounded fantastic. Obviously your ears prefer a skewed, mutated form of Sound Quality. Obviously someones never heard a Z in a proper enclosure. This! I have done many things with the Z and they are crazy when in the optimal enclosure. Perhaps taking a listen to the DD scion would help some out with understanding how to setup a Z for music while taking tons of power. SMD's are ok. I'm not a fan of them, but to each their own. I'm sure they will do what ever it is you need them to do.

This guy got me here. However the story was not so nice. Basically I was told I have 2 choices. I can come over here and be a vendor, and enjoy the great forum and life. Or I can wake up in a cheap hotel in a bathtub full of ice missing random organs. I had to think for a bit, but figured I made the right call on this one...... The real story though...I have been on/off here for awhile and when we started talking about me coming over it was just perfect timing for everyone!! One of the best choices I have made in a while was to come here.

I hope they ditch their HO enclosure line and redesign them with better build quality. All though, their lack of caring on enclosures has produced a decent volume of business for us over the years.

i do, but with our limited staff and current business it is a little hard to find time to get the pics up. We are still working on the website as well, so hopefully very very soon it will be fully live and have a large amount of current and old photos of our work.

I agree, a nice simple setup that is molded and trimmed into the car would be my direction for it. I still like the car lol. Every time I look at it, I just get jealous a little bit.

Depending on the overall size and port size it would take 1.5-2 total sheets. May take a little less perhaps, but it is not likely to get the whole thing out of one sheet.

yes we, but we do not discount those very often. To get a custom design for them with full cut sheets and 3D layout would be $20.
