I know my Sundown shirt didn't last long at all, I got one out of the first batch, which all of them had this problem. Glad they switched to somebody else making them.

They had issues with the power on the 3500s so they are in the process of checking every amp now. As of yesterday some were sent out.. Navid said they all should go out at the latest Friday. BTW my tracking says the same as yours. I would hope they test every amp before it goes out regardless if they think a few might have problems. Testing before shipping should be mandatory, in my own opinion.

Casing is what weights so much. Just because one 3500d was 16lbs doesn't mean that's what all 3500ds should weigh. If the Crescendo 5500 are 40, the 3500 should be 30ish. I'm not sure how much DC's weigh but this would be a good comparison in same amps having different weights. My Addictive Audio 500.1 was around 40lbs. But it had a thick ass casing, which to a point is a good thing.

Budget? And how far are you going to be away from the TV? This has a effect on which size to get, just like room size. Also, don't just judge looks of a TV in store, as they are not all setup equally. Go to a few different stores to compare each TV and make sure you still think the same one looks the best. Also, I didn't research the models you listed, but today, if I had to buy a new TV, I would go LED. Anything else is becoming a thing of the past already. But this has to do with budget.

I'm sure this amp will be a good bit underrated like most other Sundown amps. I just hope price is semi affordable for me, as I may plan on running one of these bad boys in my next setup. I'm start with 1 3k-4k amp, then upgrade to this. I need to remind Jake how much he got over on me when I traded him the Jeep his has. And he owes me a little extra for the Jeep being extra awesome and super loud. He jewed me down quiet a bit, saying it was ugly and quite, but once he got it, he got loud and its purdy in a beater kinda way. Lol. So since its awesome, and you see I delivered, I think I should just get a NS-1 to make up for difference in original deal. Lol. Worth a try.

And loud as hell. I was shocked at the results, but it didn't surprise me. It makes me want to and test a 15,myself, against other subs in its power class, and some that aren't. I planned to do a SPL build in a trunk, but long story in why I'm not anymore. I sure would of tried one of these though.

Crunch is a good budget company. Only wish they would make another PRO amp or two. A 3k and 5k at a affordable price like the old GP3000dPro would WIN. I wish I would of bought a few of the pro's when they came out. It was a helva deal really. And A lot of people didn't really catch on until it was discontinued. I'm trying to talk Lance into getting more power and selling me two of his Crunch for my new build. I'm still waiting on a free day Me and Lance have at the same time to update yall with videos. I'll just stick to batteires designed for car use. It may cost a little more, but I think in the end, it will pay for itself.

No Offense dude, but I heard about these batteries 4 years ago. Also, Prices aren't "that" great either. Way you posted in the first few post like they was giving them away. But prices seem close to what the rest are, if you actually search around.(Not going by MSRP). And also, why can't they be used for starting? This would also mean, these can't be used for SPL either.

This is exactly what I was going to say if you didn't already reply. Most companies try to do the least work as possible and keep as little as possible in house. Yet Fi and associated wants to keep as much in house as possible. Which is we all know is a VERY good thing in this industry.

I was just saying, if he coming out with a fairless useless device, might as well fix the subsonic problem. I see just as many(or more) subsonic related failures than clipping. Seems now, if you don't have a couple hundred dollars worth of equipment to set up you install, you fail.
