  1. i dont care who you are, you just cant look manly on one of these things..lol not to mention the machine kicks my ass in about 5 minutes..lol
  2. lol ya your right..i just sent ant a email see what i can do here.. My thing is, there are so many people that will lay down thousands on equipment, when they could spend much less, and use some of extra money on deadening. They will get a better result in the end, in sound and performance, and having to spend less on electrical support and lower strain on system/vehicle. It is more impressive to have, for example, a SoundSplinter RL-i / Sundown SAX-100.2 + some Second Skin Damplifier, play clean with no rattles, that keeps the sound in the car, have strong output all the way across the range, then someone buy a pair of DD 12's and an Atomic 5000 watt amp, and have rattles everywhere and poor sound. A good metaphor is; an old BMW 2002i beating a Z06 around the race track. Anyone can spend big money on power, but that does not mean they can drive. thank you oh wise ninja
  3. if your looking for a 1 sub set up try the fi btl's,kicker solo X,dc sounds level 4,incriminator audio, all those make really nice spl subs..for amps id go with sundown if your just looking for short burps strap a pair of there 3000 watt line and knock yourself out just remember its not only subs and amps...you gotta make sure your electrical system is ready has well..forgot to mention sundown makes a new spl sub and you can also look into mach 5 spl subs
  4. lol ya your right..i just sent ant a email see what i can do here..
  5. A lot of SQ installs do end up spending that much just on deadening products. Considering what they do, though, it's worth it. Now, whether you need things that deadened depends on your use and how picky you are ya i need it and its worth it..i just get to thinking of the other things i could be buying for $300-$400..lol
  6. damn reading these comments im starting to think im going to end up spending $300 or so just on the sound deading(sp)..lol
  7. ya one that pisses you off not one that makes you laugh..lol

  15. id go with this amp over that model autotek http://www.soundsolutionsaudio.com/shop/in...mp;productId=55 sundown is really solid and good quality real watts..i myself do love autotek but only the mean machine series are worth the money...also id go with sealed but thats just me because i hate ported boxes..with sealed you can still get loud and sound really good doing it..but i guess that just depends on what is loud to you..
  16. sorry i dont have any input to help you with this but i did want to say this sounds really kool and i hope you go thru with it..id like to see what it will be like..
  17. i wish they still made those..the cheapest i have seen for a used one was about $800 on ebay for the 1200 model
  18. If you definitely don't want to do a h/o alternator try to add a 2nd or 3rd battery of decent size. I don't think you'll have a whole lot of trouble with about 1600rms on 2 batteries, I'd just try it first and see where your voltage sits. I've heard pretty good things about those batteries but I have no personal experience. Seems similar/a little better than a yellowtop- but again thats just comparing numbers. If it drops too low than add as many batteries as it takes - but you wont get your batteries to keep your voltage much above 13v even without a drain, that's really where an alternator would come in. Good luck! +1, just add another battery under the hood and another 2 in the back..crap man $600 for 175a alt is crazy..
  19. i heard some bad things about iraggi man..eiter go with power master or maybe try EA...
