  1. What does each set of coils measure out to?

Anybody know if there is a way to normalize mp3's while burning them as mp3's.

I guess I would consider myself serious as ive passed up deals on other amps waiting for the Zeds. Count me in if we get enough people.
  4. No. It will be fine.
  5. A little more info would be helpful. ie box type, listening style, expectations. I could tell you that I have ~300W going to a pair most of the time, in a sealed box and I am satisfied.

Are we going to start a group buy here?

Well I'm looking for a sub that can bump, but sound quality is more important to me than loudness and distortion. Just by using that term I would see you as more of a BL user.
  8. Tequipment.net http://www.tequipment.net/Velleman_HPS10SE.html good place, I bought mine from there.
  9. daisy chain? are you refering to the REM wires? if so i already have a relay which is powering 2 amps and 4fans. and thanks for explaining how to calc impedance rise you rock!!! and i don't think i will get that little device!!! No, I am talking about using the pass through on the amps. I am wondering why you are using two different sub amps?
  10. Use two RCAs and daisy chain the amps. To calculate impedance rise you need to measure current and voltage at various frequencies on the outputs of the amp with the speaker connected, then use ohms law to calculate it. You cannot measure impedance with a dmm when power is applied. As for your device, waste of money. Buy an amp that does power at the load you need it to.

  12. I have them and like them. Some people say the connections fit to tight. Mine were snug, but I'd rather have a little snug the loose.

If Usamps can't fix it you may want to get Zed audio a try. http://www.zedaudiocorp.com/products.html I believe I seen that they were repairing amps.
  14. 2 15" sundown audio nightshades would work well in 6ft^3 as they like a little bit smaller enclosures. It stretches the 750 budget a little, they are on sale for 430 a piece.

Check to see if the dust cap came loose.
  16. This.

I'm getting tired of all the how much power I can put to my sub questions. The manufacture already tells you that, if you want to put more then you should have the knowledge to know when enough is enough. /mini rant.
  18. Trim and twist till they fit.

    Still eagerly waiting for them.
