3.66 cubes net, tuned to 29hz, 46.5^2 port area. Obviously the sacrifice with this design is port area but with the power he is using this will work. More power would have needed more port area. In that case the tuning would have to be higher which would also take away from the net volume. ....might be able to play around with the numbers and net volume would stay the same idk without playing with it. That's true since they're only seeing 1200rms each. Box looks perfect tho. Nice job on this. How are the amps placed? I always like to see the amp racks and installs of shit like that.

Also I don't have my system full tilt all the time. Really only for a good song or showing off is when I have the bitch cranked.

The fusion is a very nice looking car. I love the front look. I could put an alt in but I'm not running an insane amount of power.

I appreciate it and I love this car. Yea downsizing for that and then I can have more choices with boxes and different tunings. With the 15s I can only have 1 box design.

Why not upgrade the alt? Killer you can fit a 17" tall box in from the front.....GO Fusion!! I was very excited knowing I could fit 17 lol but it's a lease so I don't wanna upgrade the alt.

I wouldn't go with skar. His subs aren't the best imo and he has a shady history. These are reasons why I wouldn't give skar my money. SSA, IA, sundown, AQ/SQ all have subs in you're budget and are proven too be some of the best. Also please listen to these guys lol they definitely know what the hell they're doing. DD just wants you to buy their subs and your install shop doesn't give a fuck about you, more than likely and just wants the easiest way to make the most money out of you. The guys on here are making sure you get the deals and the right subs.

What power do you have? If it was my box I would drop the box volume down a bit. Port area looks good and your tuning looks good too.

I know I do, but i'm stuck with power since I have a stock alt. I wanna switch to 12s so I can have more room to fit some extra batts in.

I love the Ethos. Them and the Xcon are tied being my favorite subs. These get very loud and sound so good. The Ethos hit every note from high to low with such ease.

Crescendo bc2k Sundown saz1500 Ppi amps Incriminator ia20 Rockford 1500 Those are just a few that are of good quality. You don't need a big amp since you won't hear the difference really but if you can afford the next model up like a saz2500 then it'll give you headroom.

What caused the sub to blow? We don't want you to get another sub and that one blow too. Do you know the reason? It's true, if you can make straight cuts with a saw then you can make a ported box. I can design a box and give you a cut sheet for you to use to help you make the box. Just let me know.
