Correct! The SA series "can" take more than 600 rms if you know what you're doing. This means by having a correct box design and gains set correctly with proper electrical. You're box is not correct since it's too much. So it shouldn't last long like this.

It's either because the box is wayyyyy to big and/or gains not set right. Make a normal box for it. What the hell is it doing in that box? Lol

Make it custom to you!! For a box well need to know your goals, what music you play or tuning you want, amount of power, vehicle. This will make it custom to you and your vehicle.

All depends on subs and power and what you want. No way to tell you. Anyways you should have a custom box to your system not a random design off a website.

I've never had any bad customer service from SSA. Like other people said...shit happens. There was a mistake and they tried to offer you something else that you could use instead of waiting. And no matter where else you go the company would offer you something else too. I say give them another shot. I know it sucks not to get what you wanted but SSA is top notch IMO.
