If it's a dual 4ohm sub you could run one 125.2 bridged per coil. Not the best thing in the world but it is an option. If you did that it would give you about 400 watts per coil.

SSA has the Dcon 8's coming out soon. Sundown E8, DD 1508, Soundsplinter RLi 8", or Orphan 8's. There are alot of options.

There are a few people with CRX's with more power than that< haven't been in a Del Sol, but they are about the same size right?

I would say go with the 6.5 and cross it over higher, Mids in the doors and tweets in the Apillar are spread to far apart and should be crossed over more around 4000-5000hz http://www.buwaldahybrids.com/phpBB3/viewt...f=20&t=3328

I am def. impressed with HAT build quality, I am in the process of installing them right at the moment. The way I see it is if you dont like the fact you cant find info on a product to use it for something that it was not designed for and you feel the need to bitch about it. Then dont use it. That's pretty simple. If you want to use it for something that it was not designed for that is fine but it is trial and error on your part.

To measure your Impedence you need to use the clamp meter on AC current on the speaker wire goin to your sub. If your meter is not a true RMS clamp meter you will not get an accurate reading unless you play a 60hz tone. You really should use tones instead of music to get an accurate reading anyway! Voltage/Current=Resistance

Yea like he already said, you just take the plastic panel out and the back seats out. after that you will have some thin metal at the top, just take a hammer and bend it or you can cut it. If you do this you can fit a box 16" tall and 32-33" wide, or you can do like he said 15" tall and a little wider. by doing this you can fit a 4.5 to 5 cube box in there. My best setup I had in there was a 15" Memphis MOJO and a Sundown 3000D with 2 kinetik 2400's (not the most easy thing to fit back there w/ a 4.5 cu box). I did a 146.2 sealed at the dash with that setup

Yea underpowering a sub wont hurt it, technically you underpower a sub when you don't have the volume on the deck up very high, it is just way easier to over gain your amp when underpowering it.

I am in need of two 15" recones and baskets with screws for my RE SX's at the moment, I will need two more at a later date.
