Had a PT test this morning. Being out of the gym for the vast majority of three weeks did not help. I performed like shit. On the plus side I have 6 mths till the next one, which means ample time in the gym with little interruptions. Lets see how I can grow. J

It's the weekend, give it some time. You didn't notice this has been going on for almost 4 months huh? I see a pattern emerging at DC. We used to fish at palmer's pond. I am sure if you know the area you know that. Their property was on the North Road, up in Almond. North Road started where they kept the large graters and plows right at the W Almond exit. It has been 20+ years since I was there last but i assume the storage building is still there. Been there a few times...............but not in years. J
