This. ^^^ With the space used to build a box for a ported SA8 you could also build a box for a pair of sealed 10. I heard some Fi X 10s, sealed in .5cuft ea. They definitely got after it. Granted it was four of them in a Magnum, but a pair in a sedan could be comparable.

For those just waking up, I was in the running for "System of the Month" (SOTM) over on the SMD forum. I called up upon my bothers here on SSA, quite a few actually, to lend their support and cast a vote for me. Well, quite a few of them did. Enough of them, as a matter of fact, to secure a win. I'd like to thank all of them for there support and generosity. Thank you. I'd also like to thank the community as a whole, for their support, in sight, and willingness to help out. A very big factor in helping me complete my "dream" build.

Here is a link to the instruction manual. McBay Coil Spacers The second page is for trucks & suvs. It says bottom for suburban. I really don't think it makes a difference. The spring is taller than than the space available when the rear suspension is a full droop.
