its just from sitting in there ... my 100.4 is almost just as hot and it turns on and plays fine.... not an install issue. if i park my car in the shade, and pop the trunk. and let it air out for 30 mins it will come back on.. and i can get 20 mins play time out of it.. then i have to open my trunk again and cool it off... i did it all day of heat wave.. people would want a demo and i had to ask them to come back in a bit.

they are rated at 600 watts RMS if i recall correctly, but how much they will take is dependant on much more, IE enclosure, use, user, so forth. i have seen a pair on a SAZ 4500d burping a 154.

incase anyone on SSA cares. sundown will no longer build 15 and 18 inch nightshades with Zv3 spiders, sundown updated other sites with this info but not SSa. also this was publicly made known after i ordered and paid for a nightshade 15 inch recone with a zv3 spider, and was shipped a zv3 recone with nightshade coil, then left to deal with two diffrent cones and outcasted with little to no help ,salutions or customer care. wow i miss the OLD sundown.

i mean ... im not a rookie to car audio.. i have been in the game for 15 years or more... im one of the oldest memebers on here... so not only from experiance but i was balls deep into trouble shooting... and nothing else made sence. i had one RCA wire that was cutting out when i jiggled it.... even tho 1 RCA wire going into a mono block amp SHOULD not make 1 sub burn and not the other,..... thats what was happing..... when i cuild my car, i layed 3 runs of RCA when i only needed 2, so today me and dani pulled the head unit and switched out the sub channel,. steve showed up... took a look... did not see any issues with anything else.... and his opinon was that it was quincadance .. or how ever you spell it.... i cant see that... 3 subs? nah. RCA is the only thing i changed.. and its back in action.

Yeah those little parts may be individually bulilt/milled before being added to other parts to make a final product but It is not like Xcons differ from one another (like Fi subs or something). As long as they are the same size, subs from companies like Ascendant and SSA are ALL the same. I am also positive Bentley vehicles are not "just slapped together." oh i get it now.... you just like talkin about things you have no clue about......... gotcha.. well aslong as we both know your full of shit carry on.
