I'd go to a shop or store, and listen to some and get an idea. Then try and find them online, are you going to need an amp too? Mayhems are basically the BTL with full options, and the 3 slug motor. The BTL's are just the custom version.

Dude why not, go check it out in person if you can that is. If it's good then your getting a pretty awesome sub for $190 when they sell them new for way more. The Rl-i's are a good choice too, not sure if he is actually still selling them though.
