Welcome to the IHoP
I bet it comes out great like that. Sadly the best that I have is an electric oven on 500 and a stone.

Play with the flour to adjust the crust to your taste. You will love it, I just hope you have a mixer with a dough hook. Yeah I've got a good ole KitchenAid. I like a chewier crust so I'll be trying it with some bread flour to start. Hopefully I can use the recipe as a starting point and adjust it to my liking. If I get it down I might just have to find a better cooking method.

My next cooking venture is to get a good pizza dough down. I've been working on it for years but I still can't get it right. I also have never made my own pasta which I'm going to try soon.- Welcome to the IHoP
The funny thing is at the same place I had one of the worst things that I have ever eaten. It was a smoked mozz it literally tasted like I was eating soft creamy wood.- Welcome to the IHoP
I had it with the cured meat when I was in Italy...really one of the best things that I have ever had.- Welcome to the IHoP
I usually use pancetta and more egg yolks than whites. It is one of my favorite dishes.- Welcome to the IHoP

The XCON is a great sub, I'm sure if you get a ported box within recommended specs you will be happy.- 2 15" icons or 1 18" Zcon
Mark and Aaron are the best. It is well worth the wait, trust me.- 12" Xcon
I say port it and it will most likely be what you are looking for.- 2 15" icons or 1 18" Zcon
Keep the subs on the same plane. The ICONs are awesome subs. Thanks, that answers my question, only worry was the fact that plotted out on graph paper after the port the subs would be very close to touching each other. Will be placing an order this week for two 15" Icons Who would I ask for box designs? I got basic woodworking tools, table saw, cutoff, jigsaw, router etc. Thanks DC creations (they have a sub forum here on SSA) or Ram_designs (he is a member on here) Make sure to post a build log when you get started! - Welcome to the IHoP
