yeah i know it has to do alot with the install. and budget is really a problem for the subs.

i need your guys help with this. i am looking at buying a new sub(s). right now the sub i have in mind are either 2 10" shocker 3's or 1 15" nightshade. either setup will be in proper box with enough power. im just need to know which would be louder. also the box will be tuned to 35hz. goin in a 01 monte carlo with proper electrical.

yeah i have a hd3 right now and just looking around. but i think i just got talked into a pair a shock 3 10's. and i may keep the hd3 for some like bass race or somethin like that

right now i have a pa a3000db. if i can find funds i would pick up the nightshades hands down.

if i get it i most likely wont feed tat many watts just so im sure i dont kill it. also what if i did two nightshades off a around 1200 a piece?

right now i have a AQ hd3 12 that i am running with 1800 watts at 2ohm. the box it is in is 2.5 tuned at 32hz. i am wondering if a sundown nightshade ran at 1ohm with 2400watss goin to it in the same box would be louder? this is a DD not no fart machine.

We are still awaiting the basket improvements. As it is new tooling it takes time. I know it has frustrated some people as the excitement/interest in this sub woofer is high, but we would rather take the extra time and get it the way we want it the first time. We know that people will want to push the driver to the limits and then some, and we don't want to have any issues with the basket limiting excursion or coming in contact with the moving mass that could cause possible failure. thank you for the update. i am waiting the release as i need a sub the will perform well but haveing no space sucks

It fits very nicely when you screw it down. The SPL12 was the same way. well that was the first thing i noticed and figured screwing it down would even it out perfectly fine but then i notice the crack and when you look straight at it you can actually see it is warped a bit. dhl i dont like dhl. the one day the delivered computer to where i work the guy was just throwing the other boxes around to find the ones that were ours. i was scared for our boxes.
