There is no need to worry about a warranty when the item wasn't even shipped. Now the story is changing to a relative ordered the wrong item? How much more confusing could this be. There is ZERO issue with getting a hold of us via email if there ever is need for a warranty, I am not going to accept that assumption at all. The amount of customer service needed for this one order is astounding, so to think there would be an issue if the warranty came up is a bit insulting. There is no arguement. The money is gone, we don't have it. No product is being shipped. This case is closed. Someone shoot me, this is freaking unreal.
