  1. Okay, I just need to search and figure out what power compression is now. Thanks Think of it as the law of diminishing returns. Applying more and more power to a speaker is one of the lesser efficient ways to gain output.
  2. My experience with my 2 15" Icons after a couple days is that they are already on steroids, they get crazy loud and DESTROY the lows but still have a nice tight response and sound good on country or rock as well as rap or decaf. Im very happy with the subs and would definitely recommend them.
  3. A little more cone area, less power compression and Icon's are excellent daily drivers.
  4. A pair of Icon 12's might be the best choice if this is for daily driving.
  5. Congrats, again.
  6. Looking good, nice 4 channel, and sweet subs.
  7. Welcome to SSA. Between those two, it is a win win. But, refining the needs of the install a little will help on which is the best choice for you.
  8. Don't say that too loud, you'll start sounding like me.
  9. Thank you!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
  10. New rear calipers, timing belt tensioner and oil change is getting done on the P5 today.
  11. That makes your brain fold for a moment. Sometimes my days have extra hours in them. That happens to me maybe every four years or so.
  12. Holy killer deal. Did they not know what they had?
  13. Making me hungry.
  14. That makes your brain fold for a moment.
