I was going to email you, but I can just ask in here. Ok, a friend at work has a '07 F150 4.2L - 2WD and is considering some more performance upgrades. I started to do some searching around yesterday, and I thought to myself, 'Ryan would be much better at this'. So he currently has a cat-back exhaust and I think is considering ignition and intake upgrades. Thoughts sir? Sell the truck and buy something else. Really, the amount of money it would take to notice anything would be pointless. Even with a full port, cam,intake, exhaust and tune, he'd be lucky to see 40 horse. I'd boost and tune and go from there, but nobody makes a kit for the 4.2, so he'd have to fab something. He is not going to sell, just wants a few more ponies in his rig.
