  1. I honestly wondering if I need to put together a legal disclaimer for possible structural damage.
  2. I am not sure what the secret, but for no apparent reason Nick deep fried the Fi flux capacitor while Scott was playing Contra. At the same moment an EMP was detected on the south side of the strip, but the source is still unconfirmed.
  3. GM is horrible.
  4. That is a good idea.
  5. Stefan is correct. Just set your gains correctly and you should be fine.

  7. +1 for making me LOL M5 hey hey now. dont make fun of bubbles haha. u should watch that show. its on netflixs, one of the best shows iv ever seen. If I could walk around with shades on and a rum and coke in hand all the time, I would.
  8. Yes, the pole is.
  9. hmm... 18" sealed??? I wonder... Yes, the 18 does spec out to be sealed, and even one person mentioned to me already, IB friendly.
  10. We will have the box specs up soon, if anything they will be fairly close to the prior Icon, if not a pinch smaller.
  11. In your profile settings, you can uncheck the option to view signatures.
  12. I emailed you back yesterday, sorry to hear about the amp going screwy.
  13. It is not a small purchase, so I can understand people wanting to feel very comfortable before they buy something of this level. Really the question is not if the Zcon is a great sub or not, it is more so is it the right one for you Lantz.
  14. Great to hear Jon. Keep it up sir.
  15. We do though. Meaning if you shipped a number of them in a larger box, individual ones could go out in flat rate boxes, if they fit.
  16. On a different note, after the work out on Tuesday and a stepped up one today, I am deciding to re-tool the work out and see if this frame can handle one more serious go. If something breaks down, I know I need to reel it back in some. But, I am getting the sense I don't have much time left to turn it up to 11 and stay there with out having problems. There goes my food shopping budget.
  17. I believe much of the wire is on hold until after SEMA.
  18. There is already a sub made by AA that compariable to the DC level 6. And they are half the price of the DC also. I got you bro.
  19. Something that people can take into account, is the piece of mind with a JL product. JL set's themselves apart as they do actually do very extensive engineering and testing of their own products. They are not pointing to pictures in a Chinese build house catalog like many do now. They market very well and don't make major changes every 6 months to their products. So they know people will pay a premium for a premium product if that product has actual value and support behind it. JL is the Mercedes of the market place, they are doing it right. None of their products are the zenith of their respective segments, but all are very good and have lot's of development behind them. I know that I can walk into any dealer and buy a 300/2 amp and know I am getting an excellent product that I know if something went wrong, I would be taken care of, and to many people that is worth the extra money.
  20. My POV is that if you address it, then there won't be any issues. Trying to run from or cover up the problem does not solve anything. On a side note, every week, there is just one more thing that disturbs me about the online car audio industry. We (SSA) will never be on of the one's killing it because my ethics and moral's hold us back from being the cut throat - bridge burning - profit at all costs etc. type. I am not pointing the finger at anyone, but I know I have held us back from some bigger moves because I did not feel comfortable with it as a person, and I cannot own a company that lies to customers for money. Sadly, that is not the way to get ahead in this game. Not at all saying Mark's ethics and morals are different.
  21. Ultra has seemed to have a mixed track record. They came on really hot two years ago, again another one of these better then all others based on some of the hype, but when some people started paying attention and using the products themselves, things changed a little. They had some big traffic on DIYma for a few months, and now there is almost no mention of them anywhere. We almost hosted the Ultra forum here on SSA, but then with the issues some customers had with the owner, right from the get go, we decided not to. From what I remember, supposedly the amps share a lot of bits from an ARC design.
  22. Will be following.
  23. That is pretty sweet that your wifey is on happy terms with the ghost. My father passed away in the house my mother still lives in, but there have been no signs that I know of that he is still around.
