to much partying or just sick? I went out last night, yes I know me out on a week night WTF? But I had promised one of my best men that I would come down to his bar and he works every Thursday night and is about to leave for Europe for a few weeks. So I kind of stayed past closing and had a 25 minute drive home too. So lack of sleep is mostly the issue. But I still went to the gym and had a moderate work out.

Today: bent bar curls - 4 sets straight bar shoulder raises - 3 sets over head triceps cable pulls - 4 sets ab coaster - 75 bent straight bar lat rows - 3 sets treadmill - 10 minutes 60%

The few people that have grabbed an Orphan 8 from us have loved it.

The big price drop was mostly to move them because people really wanted them and Bravox really wants us to finish off their NA inventory.
