Blow your SQ oriented woofers in an SPL competition on 10 times their rated power and want to warranty them? So he hates you as well as his friend? Not getting back into it and dragging BS back up from a few years ago, but I will put it this way, never give free equipment to friends, they will only turn around and think you owe them something more and get angry at you for not kissing their ass.
