Something I think a few people missed was, to Jimmie, how do you know the amp was not putting out the ratted power? It is a regulated amplifier, so there might be another issue we are over looking.

Thanks for the reply. I am leaning towards the sealed for better SQ. They sound very good in ported as well. I have a review of a 10" DCON under the SSA section if you would like to read it. There should be zero loss in clarity if put in a proper enclosure.
