I have around 4-4.5 ft^3 of space available, what would be a good size for this setup? Thanks for your input. If you go Icons, they will love that box, so will the Q's I believe.

Sander, if your 5 series has a rear seat that does not fold down, I would say try firing rearward for both sub and port. But you never know under you try.

By "mis-aligned" you mean the coil is rubbing on it due to some type of shift in the cone, or did the spider/surround become detached at one point to where as the cone shifted? Slight shift in the cone, probably due to shipping.

If you goal is pure output, the BTL's will be an excellent choice. The Nightshades and Death Penalties are also very capable, very high output drivers.
