  1. If you can afford it, PowerMaster alternators are one of the best.
  2. MAP Pricing on them will be 12" $379 15" $389 18" $399 + shipping. That's less than what I figured  but I forgot about shipping We pushed it down as low as we could take it. I know that going over that $400 mark is a deal breaker for a number of people. So to get this high end of an 18" driver for essentially 400 is a big deal.
  3. Welcome. It seems we have hot spots in Texas, Arizona, New York, North Carolina and SoCal.
  4. EST. 2002 Wow, been around that long? I don't think I even heard of this place until I was a regular over at ROE. Def not the forum I visit the most, but def large amount of valuable information on here that I refer too. Keep it going. SSA has been around a while, only a few of the monster sites are older. We have grown at a steady and controlled rate, where as others have burned really hot and burned out really fast.
  5. There's a BYOB strip club here. I've never seen that anywhere else. But then again I don't go to strip clubs. There is a bikini bar right near a hotel my team stayed at a few times in Boise. A $5 will make the record needle skip.
  6. Let me guess, Directed?
  7. :bigclap: :bigclap:
  8. Sending you a PM now.
  9. We can't do an 18" on the Icon, as it is not set up nor really tested to do so. Plus IIRC in talking with the build house, the 18" model would require a abnormally large box. But the 15" model has plenty of output ported.
  10. I believe it should work if I am understanding you correctly. As for the sub woofer ideas, do you have a approximate idea on total mounting depth you have to work with?
  11. In the end, please make an effort to post in an understandable manner. Bromo and Adrian are both well respected members and have been around a little while. This can be the most helpful audio site on the net period, but if the person asking the question cannot take a moment or two extra to make it easy to read and understand for the people who are looking to share knowledge or experience, it really does not help the topic. SSA is a higher end board for a reason.
  12. Hi Pete, good to see you around. Hope the benz is doing good.
  13. You got me thinking, is the Vifa P13WH00 or Vifa PL14WJ-09-08 too large? Vifa always seems to be a safe choice. Might not preform quite at the level of the Revelators, but usually their price to performance ratio is very high. Also I cannot remember if we talked about the Dayton RS150's
  14. My tendency is on the smaller enclosures, I usually don't use screws. The Dcon 8 ported test box has no screws. (But the big TL from fuzzyping does ). Where as by habit I guess, anything larger then 1.5 cubes gets screws, usually due to the size of the panels and the size of the driver I guess.
  15. If your PG has dual power and ground, I would suggest trying to run both sets.
  16. Congrats Jacob, I had no idea.
