The Q and SAE-1000D is a great idea, a number of people are happy with it. If you want to stick with the same companies but spend a little less, I would suggest the Fi SSD 12" and the SAX-100.2.

Thats exactly my thought. I have heard good things about the AQ amps but there has to be a reason they are cheaper, they just aren't built to the tank like standards that the SAZ line is. To go with your post, I did some digging around and asked a few people.
